What are the Riftbound bundles and box sets?

Riftbound bundles and box sets are made for one occasion rather than for one set, such as the Arcane Box Set, the Worlds Bundle 2025, the Secret Garden Bundle and the Gift of the Rift Bundle. Most hold cards printed for them alone, and several were made in limited numbers.

Most products of Riftbound: the League of Legends trading card game come out again with each new set, such as booster packs, booster displays and ready-made decks. Bundles and box sets are the exception. Riot makes each of them for one occasion rather than for one set: the Arcane series, the League of Legends World Championship, Lunar New Year, a convention or the first year of the game itself.

Several of them were made in limited numbers, and some came only from Riot's merch store, only at events or only in one language. The prices in this article are launch prices: the prices in US dollars that Riot set, except where a sentence gives the price of today.

How does a bundle differ from the products of a set?

A bundle or box set is tied to an occasion, and most of them hold cards printed for that product alone, with new art or a new foil, that no booster pack can give you. Some add booster packs as well. The table lists the bundles and box sets that Riot had announced by October 2026.

Riot also calls the Vault a bundle, but the Vault comes with every set since Unleashed and has an article of its own on what a Vault is.

What is in the Arcane Box Set?

The Arcane Box Set holds six foil champion units from Origins, printed again with art from Arcane, the animated series, credited to its studio Fortiche Production. The six cards are Vi, Destructive; Heimerdinger, Inventor; Caitlyn, Patrolling; Warwick, Hunter; Viktor, Leader; and Jinx, Rebel. They sit in a folding case that shows all six at once.

Riot's store page calls them Champion Legends, but all six are champion units, not Legend cards. The box holds no Legend, runes or battlefields, so it is a set for collectors and not a deck. Riot sold it in its merch store as a limited English edition at $69.99. The pictures above show the regular Origins printings, not the Arcane art.

Which products celebrate Worlds 2025?

Two products celebrate the League of Legends World Championship of 2025. The Worlds Bundle 2025 holds a promo card of Panda Teemo, a new printing of Swift Scout, the Teemo Legend from Origins. It adds three oversized battlefield cards that feature the cities that hosted Worlds 2025, a foiled playmat with a matching deck box, and sleeves. Riot sold it in its merch store as a limited English edition at $99.99.

The Riftbound x T1 2025 Worlds Champion Collection is made for T1, the team that won Worlds 2025. Each of its five players picked one champion unit, which Riot printed again with new art in a card frame of its own: Doran picked Ambessa, The Wolf, Oner Xin Zhao, Vigilant, Faker Galio, Indefatigable, Gumayusi Miss Fortune, Buccaneer and Keria Seraphine, Not Alone. The pictures show the regular printings.

The collection comes in two editions, each in English, Chinese and Korean.

  • The Signature Edition, at $360, prints the five cards in gold foil. One of the five in every set is numbered from 1 to 2025, the year of T1's win, and carries the player's signature stamped in gold. Riot made 10,125 sets in each language and sold the English edition through a drawing in its merch store.
  • The Player Bundle, at $70, holds the same five cards with different art, with sleeves, a deck box, a binder and a metal die. Riot has said that its English edition will be sold through a drawing in October 2026.

What are the Lunar Revel and Secret Garden bundles?

The Lunar Revel Bundle 2026 was made for Lunar New Year, and everything in it is in Simplified Chinese. It holds an alternate art promo of Blade Dancer, the Irelia Legend from Spiritforged, showing Mythmaker Irelia, with a matching playmat, three Spiritforged booster packs, 70 sleeves, eight red packets and a metal Poro coin. Riot's merch store took orders from 17 February 2026 at $39.99.

The Secret Garden Bundle is sold only at selected events, such as Gen Con 2026, PAX West and the Regional Qualifiers in Barcelona, Singapore and Los Angeles. It holds three alternate art printings of Unleashed cards by Fireball Studio, numbered SGN 001 to 003: Bashful Bloom, the Legend of Lillia, Green Father, the Legend of Ivern, and Ultrasoft Poro. Five alternate art tokens, two packs of sleeves, two postcards and three Unleashed booster packs come with them, at a launch price of $70.

What is in the Gift of the Rift Bundle?

The Gift of the Rift Bundle celebrates the first year of Riftbound, with a release date of 4 December 2026. Riot has said that it will be sold in local game stores and by mass retailers, in English and in Chinese.

  • 16 booster packs: three each of Origins, Spiritforged, Unleashed and Vendetta, and four of Radiance.
  • 36 basic runes in foil, six of each domain, enough for the rune deck of 12 that any Legend needs.
  • An alternate art promo of Rogue Assassin, the Legend of Akali, in the English edition. The Chinese edition holds a promo of Kennen instead.
  • 100 sleeves with the art of that promo, and a storage box for 2,000 cards.

Riot had not announced the launch price by October 2026.

Can you play the cards from these bundles in a deck?

Yes. Rule 601.2.a of the Tournament Rules allows a card in a deck when it comes from a set that is legal in the format, or when it has the same name as a card from such a set. Each card printed for a bundle so far is a new printing of a card from a main set, so an Arcane Caitlyn, Patrolling plays as the Origins card. It also counts toward the limit of three copies of a card in a main deck, under rule 103.3.b of the Core Rules. The oversized battlefields are the one doubt, since the Tournament Rules say nothing about cards of another size.

The language does not matter either. Rule 420.1 of the Tournament Rules lets players use official Riftbound cards of any language, so the Chinese Blade Dancer of the Lunar Revel Bundle can be played at an event in English. Seraphine, Not Alone from the T1 collection is a Radiance card, and Riot has said it is not legal in play before Radiance, with its release on 23 October 2026.

Which bundle suits which player?

For a player who builds decks, the Gift of the Rift Bundle is the one to look at, because its packs and runes go straight into play, and it is the bundle that comes closest to a present for a Riftbound player. The others are made for collectors and fans: the Arcane Box Set for fans of the series, the Worlds Bundle 2025 and the T1 collection for fans of League of Legends esports, and the Secret Garden Bundle for anyone who plays Lillia or Ivern. None of them is a good first product, since none holds a deck that is ready to play.

Several of these bundles were made in limited numbers, and one that has sold out in stores, such as the Worlds Bundle 2025, turns up with sellers. A local game store is the first place to ask, and the marketplaces list bundles and single cards alike: Cardmarket in Europe, TCGplayer in the United States and CardTrader on both sides of the ocean. The Worlds Bundle 2025 has a launch price of $99.99 and sells for $1,088.15 today, and the Arcane Box Set has a launch price of $69.99 and sells for $528.12.

The products guide shows every bundle with what it holds. The cards of these bundles are printings of cards from the main sets, while the Proving Grounds starter box holds 24 cards of its own, and which cards come only in boxed products sets the two kinds side by side.
